Payment & Registration

By registering for the embodiment retreat, you agree to the following terms regarding payment, cancellations, and refunds. Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or payment plan.

2. Cancellation by You (Participant)

If you need to cancel your participation in the retreat, the following cancellation policy will apply:

• More than 30 days before the retreat start date:
  You will receive a full refund minus a non-refundable deposit of 150 euros. The deposit covers administrative costs associated with your registration.

• Between 15 and 30 days before the retreat start date:
  You will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat fee, minus the non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the retreat start date.

• Less than 15 days before the retreat start date:
  Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations within 15 days of the retreat. This is because of the limited space available and our need to make final arrangements for accommodations, meals, and facilitators.

3. Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your registration to another person, this can be done up to 4 days before the retreat start date, provided the substitute participant meets the retreat's eligibility requirements. 

4. Cancellation by Us (Organizer)

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness, or insufficient bookings), you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund of the retreat fee or the option to reschedule your participation for a future retreat.

We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by you in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen costs related to your trip.

5. Refunds Process

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 24 hours after the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

6. Special Circumstances

If you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, or other special circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to offer a partial credit toward a future retreat at our discretion. Each case will be evaluated on an individual basis.

7. Agreement to Terms

By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
